In 2001, Ryan O'Connor and Annie Fresh of the Madagascar Institute started making rides for various parties. Ryan and I got to talking about the childhood fantasy about swing completely around on the playground swings. So we figured we make a swing that would do just that. Using mostly salvage materials and a budget of $75, we built the contraption that lets you do just that. As usual, it wouldn't have been possible without the Madagascar Institute, where it was built, and the people of Madagascar Institute, many of whom helped substantially.
