This JMSL Applet uses a Myhill distribution to control a SweepNoiseSynthNote

• For ratio, 1-10 work well
• For meanEventDensity, values below 6.0 work best.

Right now, this does not work in the browser. It works for me in Eclipse, but it gives this error: JMSLClassLoader, Class.forName( steiner2604.SweepNoiseSynthNote) failed, trying System classloader System classloader succeeded
